Since January 2026 we have had the privilege of running the Metzgerwirt together, as sisters. When we took the house over, one thing was quickly clear to us: we want to preserve what makes the Metzgerwirt so special – its history, its tradition and, above all, its personal hospitality. At the same time, we want to bring in our own ideas and give the house our very own signature.
We are Hannah & Viki and we run the Metzgerwirt with a lot of heart, passion and joy in being hosts. For us, hospitality means being there in person, taking time and giving our guests the feeling of being truly welcome.

Our motto describes rather precisely what we wish for our guests: a few days away from everyday life, arriving, taking a deep breath and simply enjoying.
A coffee on the terrace in the morning. A walk through our climatic health resort. Discovering the mountains, breathing fresh air and letting the day wind down in the evening over good food and a glass of wine.
And anyone not staying overnight is just as warmly welcome: for lunch or dinner, for a coffee in between, or simply to raise a glass together.
Because the Metzgerwirt is both: hotel and inn. A place to stay, to enjoy and to come together – for our guests just as much as for the people of the region.
